A member of the Teambuild Construction Group, Integrated Precast Solutions (IPS) Pte Ltd has helped to usher in a new age of Advanced Precast Concrete technology in Singapore. With their experience in Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), Prefabricated Bathroom Units (PBU), and other conventional precast products, the team is hailed as one of the pioneers in the field, lending rich expertise and comprehensive services to residential and commercial projects – both as a precaster and consultant.

IPS’s contributing efforts to the industry have bagged them lauded accolades, such as the BCA BIM Awards 2016 (Gold) for the West Terra Project and Singapore Prestige Award (2016-2017). Along with the commitment to uphold safety standards, the team also holds the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OSHAS 18001:2007 certifications.

Moving forward, IPS seeks to execute their motto of introducing productivity improvements, exploring new construction methods, and adopting new technology for nation-building.

In late 2019, IPS moved their operations to Teambuild Construction Group’s Integrated Construction and Prefabrication Hub (ICPH), a first-of-its-kind for PPVC and Tunnel Lining production hub with Automated Storage Racking System (ASRS).

Moving into the Integrated Construction and Prefabrication Hub (ICPH) takes IPS onto the next phase of development as it grows into a manufacturing and innovation centre and beyond – marking a significant milestone for the team.
